QA Engineer
Senior QA Automation Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Appium, and Java/Python, ensuring high quality and performance across platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Appium.
- Implement API testing frameworks and write comprehensive test cases for RESTful services.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define test requirements and validate feature releases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage test execution reports.
- Perform manual exploratory testing to identify edge cases and improve test coverage.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in QA automation with strong proficiency in Selenium, Appium, and Java/Python.
- Hands‑on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Familiarity with TestNG/JUnit, Jenkins, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
