QA Analyst responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to ensure high-quality software across time‑management and resource‑planning platforms, leveraging Selenium, API testing, and rigorous test planning.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks to validate web and API functionality.
- Execute manual and automated regression, integration, and performance tests across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to identify defects, track resolution, and ensure timely releases.
- Document test cases, results, and defect reports in JIRA, providing clear, actionable feedback.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Strong understanding of test design techniques, test management, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
