QA Analyst responsible for designing and executing functional, integration, and regression tests, creating detailed test plans and scripts, and managing defects using JIRA and Selenium to ensure high-quality releases across multiple platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to understand project goals.
- Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and compatibility tests across browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Collaborate with QA Leads to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
- Maintain clear, well‑structured test documentation to support repeatability and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA testing, including functional and regression testing.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium or similar test automation tools.
- Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
