Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive UIs using React.js.
- Build and expose robust backend services with Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask) and PHP (Laravel, Core PHP).
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Lead a team of 20+ developers, mentoring, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Python/Django and React.
- Strong grasp of REST API design, authentication, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel or Core PHP) and experience with FastAPI/Flask.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
