Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust Python applications for healthcare data processing and analytics.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment strategies on AWS.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in Python development and technical leadership.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, data integration, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and DevOps tooling.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
