About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on GenAI product development and deployment.
- Architect and maintain scalable AI model evaluation pipelines, ensuring rigorous performance and bias testing.
- Design and implement agentic workflows that enable autonomous AI agents to interact with external services and data sources.
- Drive cloud orchestration strategies, selecting appropriate services (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless) to support high‑throughput inference and training workloads.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python and GenAI technologies.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams and delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI model evaluation, bias mitigation, and performance monitoring.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, serverless) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
