- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications using Python within a React, Python, GCP technology stack.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive innovation and best practices in cloud native application development on Google Cloud Platform.
- Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Champion secure coding practices, performance optimization, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of professional experience in Python development and architecture.
- Deep expertise in React, Python, and Google Cloud Platform services.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering cloud native, scalable solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
