About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for protection monitoring hardware throughout its lifecycle, from design to field deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and firmware issues in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure component availability and drive cost‑effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, test procedures, and failure analysis reports.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce field service incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hardware engineering or protection monitoring systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience with lifecycle management and continuous improvement methodologies.
