As a ProServices Program Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing ProServices programs at Lowe's. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing program data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize program performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize program initiatives
- Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track program performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or program management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
