About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end proposal lifecycle, from RFP analysis to final submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
- Draft, edit, and format technical content, specifications, and supporting materials for proposals, reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain centralized document repositories, track version control, and manage templates to guarantee consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and project managers to gather technical data, translate complex concepts into clear language, and incorporate feedback.
- Prepare executive summaries, executive briefs, and presentation decks that effectively communicate project value and technical merit.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or proposal coordination within engineering, scientific, or consulting environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and PDF management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and formatting.
- Ability to interpret technical data, synthesize information from multiple sources, and produce clear, concise documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple proposals simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
