Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts to drive analytics and agentic workflows for Medicare STARS data science initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate prompts into Snowflake pipelines and ensure performance at scale.
- Apply chain‑of‑thought and prompt‑design techniques to improve model accuracy and interpretability.
- Maintain documentation and best‑practice guidelines for prompt engineering across the team.
- Monitor and troubleshoot prompt performance, iterating quickly based on feedback and new model releases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) such as GPT.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts.
- Background in healthcare analytics or domain knowledge related to Medicare.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical prompt solutions.
