About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate prompts to optimize LLM responses for diverse CX scenarios.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align prompt strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze model outputs, identify bias or failure modes, and implement corrective measures.
- Document prompt templates, best practices, and performance metrics for internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current on advances in NLP, LLM architectures, and prompt‑engineering research.
Requirements
- Proven experience in prompt engineering for large language models.
- Strong background in NLP and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and related data‑science libraries.
