About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2 technical support for C# and web‑based applications, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with development teams.
- Maintain and monitor system infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network components, ensuring high availability and security.
- Develop and maintain front‑end assets using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, enhancing user experience and interface consistency.
- Implement quality assurance processes, create test plans, and execute regression testing to validate new releases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver training to end users.
Requirements
- Proven experience in C# development and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for front‑end support.
