Lead and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring design integrity, schedule adherence, and budget compliance using BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Project. Drive cross‑functional collaboration and quality control across all project phases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all phases of civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using MS Project and other planning tools.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate decision‑making.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, and safety audits to uphold project standards.
- Prepare progress reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project supervision experience in civil construction.
- Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid professional engineering license preferred.
