About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close complex IT and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, providing transparent status reports to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned into future project cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a project manager in IT or AI environments.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
