About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of wearable airbag ECU projects, coordinating hardware, firmware, cloud, and algorithm teams.
- Apply Agile practices to manage backlogs, sprint planning, and continuous integration for embedded and cloud components.
- Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product, design, and manufacturing stakeholders to define requirements and integration plans.
- Track project metrics, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management in automotive or embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of ECU architecture, embedded software, and cloud connectivity.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of safety integrity levels and automotive certification processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
