About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end wastewater projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, leveraging internal and external resources to solve engineering challenges.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project status, scope changes, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and confidentiality obligations.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for growth and supporting proposal development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in wastewater or civil engineering environments.
- Strong technical background in wastewater treatment processes and design.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex project schedules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office suite.
