About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle for technical initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain product backlog.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Communicate progress, status, and outcomes to stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in a remote or distributed team.
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects using Agile frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
