Project Manager Security Clearance - General Atomics Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, data‑intensive situational awareness solutions for intelligence and defense customers.
• Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs, sprint plans, and release schedules using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including software engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure specialists—to meet technical milestones and performance targets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with security policies and DoD clearance requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing status reports, risk dashboards, and escalation paths.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering large‑scale, data‑driven systems, preferably in defense or intelligence environments.
• Proven expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher) and familiarity with government security standards.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and data processing pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
