About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the digital ADHD platform, coordinating development, design, and clinical teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain a healthy Agile workflow.
- Manage the product backlog in Jira, prioritize work with product owners, and ensure clear definition of done.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to the Head of Technology when necessary.
- Communicate progress, roadblocks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a technology‑focused environment, preferably within digital health or SaaS.
- Strong command of Agile frameworks, Jira, and Confluence for planning and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver on time and budget.
- Relevant certifications (CSM, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
