About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP and S/4 HANA migration projects for supply‑chain management, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders—to resolve issues and drive decisions.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage change control processes, conduct impact analyses, and ensure smooth transition to production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering SAP ERP projects, with at least 2 years focused on S/4 HANA migrations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management modules (MM, WM, PP, SD) and related business processes.
- Proven project management skills, including PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior business leaders.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and traditional Waterfall project delivery models.
