Software Engineer
Lead cross‑functional SAP implementation projects for the Academy, driving delivery, budgeting and risk mitigation while applying Agile practices and managing global stakeholder expectations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor SAP Academy service and consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, applying Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver iterative value and maintain high quality standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business units, partners and senior leadership, providing transparent communication and status reporting.
- Develop and control project budgets, forecasts and financial metrics, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and promoting best practices within the SAP Academy ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager delivering SAP‑related solutions or large‑scale IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, integration concepts and consulting service delivery.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting and risk mitigation in a fast‑paced environment.
