Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver consumer tech products, defining vision, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring timely releases using Agile and Scrum practices while collaborating with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer‑focused applications across health, education, and entertainment domains.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure the team adheres to Scrum best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, data analysts, and external partners to deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback, market research, and usage data to drive continuous product improvement.
- Track key performance indicators, report progress to leadership, and adjust plans based on insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a technology‑driven environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks, with hands‑on experience using Jira or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of aligning diverse teams around a common vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
