We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in Retail Banking Post Merger Integration (PMI) to lead a large-scale banking integration program in Kuwait.
Lead end-to-end post-merger integration planning and execution.
Establish and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO).
Ensure Day 1 readiness and post-merger stabilization.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including Technology, Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, Customer Experience, and Branch Network.
Drive governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
Manage regulatory compliance, AML/KYC requirements, and Central Bank obligations.
Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
Track synergy realization, milestones, and business benefits.
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
Minimum 5 years of Retail Banking M&A / Post Merger Integration experience.
Proven experience leading Day 1 readiness through post-merger stabilization.
Experience establishing or operating an Integration Management Office (IMO).
PMP or PgMP certification (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Retail Banking operations.
Experience with Core Banking platforms such as Temenos, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, or TSYS.
Familiarity with Basel, AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, and banking integration.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
