About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end POS implementation projects across diverse retail operating companies.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive iterative delivery while maintaining flexibility to meet business priorities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including retail operations, IT, vendors, and store staff—to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and quality.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical blockers to senior leadership.
- Maintain project artifacts in tools such as Jira, track milestones, and provide transparent status reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large‑scale POS or retail technology deployments.
- Strong command of Agile project management principles and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to assertively drive commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
