Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for machine learning initiatives within a clinical setting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, clinicians, and IT specialists, to ensure timely and high‑quality outputs.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage sprints, track progress, and adapt plans based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and institutional policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or data‑driven environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and data science workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
