Experienced Project Manager with deep London Market insurance expertise, driving business and technology transformation across underwriting, claims, policy administration, reinsurance and regulatory reporting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end transformation programmes for a specialty insurance client, coordinating business and technology teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets and governance structures while ensuring alignment with London Market regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex insurance processes—underwriting, claims, policy administration, delegated authority, bordereaux, reinsurance and premium processing—into actionable solution designs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across insurers, brokers, reinsurers and internal delivery teams to secure buy‑in and mitigate risks.
- Oversee data migration, reporting and system integration initiatives, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory reporting standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the London Market or Lloyd’s specialty insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of insurance lifecycle processes, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, reinsurance and regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large‑scale technology and data transformation projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
