Software Engineer
Lead execution of a large‑scale hyperscale data center campus, managing cost, schedule, contracts, and client coordination across multiple phases of a greenfield development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for a hyperscale data center campus, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans for multiple concurrent scopes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to align project objectives.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, providing regular status updates, risk mitigation plans, and change management documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in large‑scale data center or infrastructure construction.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, fast‑track projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office suite.
