About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of HighRadius Software products for customers. This role involves end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery within scope, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will be a critical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, driving project success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of HighRadius Software products implementation projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, working closely with customers and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and comprehensively.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between customers and internal teams.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software implementation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
