About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project backlogs, sprints, and continuous improvement.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Drive quality assurance and performance metrics across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering or civil infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, manage risks, and deliver cost‑effective solutions.
- Relevant engineering or construction background is an advantage.
