Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy roadmap that supports cutting‑edge cancer research and AI integration.
- Lead cross‑disciplinary project teams, coordinating efforts between researchers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
- Implement Agile practices to deliver iterative data solutions, monitor progress, and adjust priorities based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical standards across all research projects.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data literacy and AI adoption among scientific staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex data or AI projects in a research or academic environment.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical considerations in biomedical research.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Background in life sciences or related fields is highly desirable.
