About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data governance strategies that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and IT to establish data quality standards, metadata management, and data stewardship processes.
- Lead project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation for data governance initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture requirements, define data ownership, and promote data literacy.
- Monitor project progress, deliver status reports, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in data or analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality frameworks, and healthcare data regulations.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
