Lead and coordinate crane system projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, safety, and budget adherence while managing cross‑functional teams and client expectations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close crane system projects from initiation to commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and adjusting plans to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and safety teams to align project deliverables and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, providing regular status reports and facilitating decision‑making.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are met, conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in crane or heavy equipment installation.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
