Software Engineer
Lead multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards using AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects from conception to completion, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using MS Project and other planning tools.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, safety, and building codes.
- Lead design reviews, constructability assessments, and quality control inspections, leveraging AutoCAD and BIM for accurate documentation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
