Lead AI training projects as a freelance Project Manager, shaping AI models that understand and execute project management tasks. Work 8‑20 hrs/week remotely, applying Agile practices, stakeholder communication, and documentation to deliver high‑quality AI training data.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage AI training projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document project requirements, translating them into clear training datasets for AI models.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan sprints, conduct stand‑ups, and track progress using project management tools.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to refine training data and improve model accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, timelines, risk assessments, and post‑project reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology or AI environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional EU languages a plus.
