About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end AI and technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee execution across multiple teams.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.
- Manage stakeholder communication, conduct status meetings, and provide transparent progress reporting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to capture requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on AI and technology projects.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of risk mitigation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
