About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of automation projects using Agile frameworks, ensuring sprint goals, velocity, and quality standards are met.
- Act as Scrum Master and Agile Subject Matter Expert, coaching teams on Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and maintain transparent communication through JIRA and status reports.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing corrective actions to keep schedules and budgets on track.
- Drive metrics and reporting on performance, burn‑down charts, and delivery health to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in technical or defense‑related environments, with a proven record of delivering Agile‑based solutions.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proficiency with JIRA (or similar Agile tooling) and strong command of risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and technical teams.
- Clear security clearance eligibility and ability to work in a highly regulated, mission‑critical setting.
