About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multi‑domain operations.
- Apply Agile and risk‑management practices to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and issue logs in JIRA and other collaboration platforms.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, ensuring clear communication between engineering, logistics, and intelligence teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks, risk analysis, and data‑driven reporting.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with technical and senior leadership.
