About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for all engineering disciplines on Combined Cycle Power Station (CCPP) projects, ensuring alignment with contract specifications and industry best practices.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver project milestones on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee design reviews, technical documentation, and change management processes to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and client stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in the energy or power generation sector, preferably with Combined Cycle Power Station projects.
- Strong understanding of contract management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in large‑scale engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse technical groups.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Agile).
