About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end project execution for modular and packaged pump systems, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project engineers, managers, and process specialists.
- Implement Agile and Lean practices to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize product performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project engineering leadership in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of pump or fluid‑handling systems is a plus.
- Ability to inspire high‑performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration.
