About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technical execution of EPCM projects, ensuring design integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams, fostering collaboration between design, procurement, and construction disciplines.
- Implement quality assurance processes, conduct technical reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and secure approvals.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to meet performance targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in EPCM or engineering project management within the energy sector.
- Deep technical knowledge of natural gas, oil & gas, and carbon capture facility design.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, P&ID, MS Project).
