Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects, overseeing design, integration, and delivery while applying Agile practices and advanced tools such as CAD and MATLAB to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams of engineers, designers, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Apply Systems Engineering principles to define requirements, develop architectures, and manage integration and verification activities.
- Implement Agile methodologies to improve project visibility, risk management, and iterative delivery.
- Utilize CAD tools and MATLAB for design validation, performance analysis, and optimisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading engineering projects in aerospace, defence, or related high‑tech sectors.
- Strong background in Systems Engineering and project lifecycle management.
- Hands‑on proficiency with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and MATLAB for modelling and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
