About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities across multidisciplinary teams for nuclear design, construction and refurbishment projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and report progress to senior management.
- Facilitate continuous communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables and quality standards.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, proposing corrective actions to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing project documentation, cost estimates and change control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Experience in coordinating engineering and construction activities for nuclear or large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of CANDU technology and nuclear plant refurbishment processes.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
