Project Engineer – Site Infrastructure focused on delivering high‑precision BIM models and coordinating civil, landscape and related disciplines to ensure on‑time, risk‑mitigated construction outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D/4D/5D BIM models for civil and landscape infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and field teams to translate model data into actionable construction plans and schedules.
- Identify and mitigate risks early by analyzing model outputs, clash detection results, and construction sequencing.
- Provide technical guidance on model authoring standards, data management, and best practices for site infrastructure projects.
- Support project delivery by integrating model insights into cost, time, and quality performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in BIM model authoring for civil and landscape infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of 3D/4D/5D modeling concepts, clash detection, and construction sequencing.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to translate complex design data into clear construction guidance.
- Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation standards.
