About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, manufacturing, software) to define technical requirements and validate solutions.
- Utilize CAD and simulation tools to develop and review detailed engineering designs.
- Implement Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular status updates, and drive risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of project engineering experience in automotive or high‑tech R&D sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
