Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end project engineering for Ovation Control and SCADA solutions across solar, BESS, and wind projects, driving design, testing, FAT, and commissioning with a focus on greenfield and retrofit deployments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project life cycle from input analysis, design, and engineering to testing, FAT, and commissioning for Ovation Control and SCADA solutions.
- Collect and review project inputs via kick‑off meetings, site surveys, and customer communications.
- Engineer and configure Ovation Green SCADA for solar, BESS, and wind projects, translating functional diagrams into implementation plans.
- Guide cross‑functional teams through tie‑back simulation testing, hardware integration, and software configuration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery, quality compliance, and successful handover to operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SCADA and Ovation Control system engineering for renewable energy projects.
- Strong background in solar, battery storage, and wind power system design and commissioning.
- Hands‑on expertise with FAT procedures, simulation testing, and hardware‑software integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
