About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for greenfield thermal facilities and major expansions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering studies, design development, and regulatory submissions.
- Oversee procurement, contractor selection, and construction execution to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Manage commissioning, startup, and hand‑over activities, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of project engineering experience in the energy sector.
- Proven track record in managing large‑scale thermal projects from concept to commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, procurement processes, and construction management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
