About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring design intent, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Prepare and review site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts using AutoCAD and GIS tools.
- Coordinate with municipal authorities, consultants, and contractors to secure permits, approvals, and resolve regulatory issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presenting technical solutions and progress updates to clients and community groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in land development or municipal infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience using MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
