About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver building automation and HVAC solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans using industry‑standard tools.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate BIM models and ensure design intent is met.
- Conduct site inspections, quality reviews, and performance testing to validate system functionality.
- Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and post‑occupancy evaluations to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing HVAC or building automation projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of LEED principles and sustainable building practices.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
