Software Engineer
Project Engineer responsible for designing, configuring, validating, installing and commissioning automation and protection systems, while leading customer training, managing project scope, schedule and budget, and mentoring technical staff.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, validate, install, and commission automation and protection system solutions for customers.
- Lead customer training sessions and provide technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure high‑quality, safe delivery.
- Develop and present proposals for equipment, services, and system integrations.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, providing supervision as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with automation, protection, or control system projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through commissioning.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and team mentorship.
- Hands‑on experience with PLCs, SCADA, or similar control platforms is preferred.
